White Wine
The White Grapes undergo a soft pressing, separating the juice from the skins, to obtain a beautiful straw yellow and bright coloured white wine, the fermentation is done at controlled temperature, to obtain a product with a fresh and fruity flavor. Usually the fermentation of generic White wines is done in inert containers, such as steel and vitrified cement, very rarely in wooden containers such as barrels and barriques.
Characteristics: straw yellow colour, vinous and perfumed smell, dry, fresh, velvety and aromatic taste
It goes well with fish appetizers, soups and first courses of legumes, second courses of sea food and white meats.
