CHARDONNAY IGT TERRE DI CHIETI 0.250 CL
Chardonnay vine variety can be used to obtain both still and sparkling wines, with high alcoholic strength and rather high acidity. The color of the wine is a light straw-yellow, its scent is typical, delicate and fruity (tropical fruits, especially pineapple), its taste is refined and harmonious. When aged, its flavor has dried fruit hints. It is especially recommended for refinement in barriques.

Syrah, or Shiraz, is a red grape variety with controversial origins: some, in fact, believe that its origin is in Iran near the city of Shiraz, while others think that its historical roots are linked to the territory of Syracuse, from which it would then be dispersed before being reintroduced in Italy from neighboring France

PASSERINA TERRE DI CHIETI IGP
It is a white-berried, very old vine variety native of Central Italy. Its name derives from the rather small size of its grapes and from the fact that sparrows (“passeri” in Italian) often peck them. Its original territory is probably the Adriatic coast in Abruzzo and Marche, then its cultivation moved also to the South of Lazio. It belongs to the large family of Trebbiano.

MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO DOP ARMONIE
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is a local vine varieties with a very deep ruby red color that, when aged, tends to maroon and orange shades. Its aroma is very strong and persistent scenting of ripe red fruits with peculiar hints of marasca cherry, plum, wither rose, licorice and vanilla. Its taste is dry, warm and soft.

PECORINO IGP TERRE DI CHIETI
Pecorino is native of Marche and the province of L’Aquila and is more likely cultivated in the cool hilly regions. It tends to an early maturation, the grape harvest usually takes place in the very first days of September. Its bunch is medium-sized, slightly sparse and can have a wing. Its grapes are small or medium in size and yellow colored with green reflections, highly scented, with a good alcohol content and a considerable level of acidity
